Meet Alex, Shaun & Jayden – ASJ Locksmiths
Three real locksmiths. One family-run business.
ASJ Locksmiths was founded by Alex and is run alongside Shaun and Jayden, bringing together over 30 years of combined locksmithing experience.
We're a small, independent team providing professional locksmith services across Enfield, North London and Hertfordshire.
When you contact ASJ Locksmiths, you'll speak directly to one of us — the same people you see in the photograph.
We take pride in our workmanship, honest advice and treating every customer's property with care.
No call centres. No subcontractors. Just three locksmiths who genuinely care about doing the job properly.
A homeowner accidentally left their keys inside the property. Shaun and Jayden gained access using non-destructive entry techniques, getting the customer back inside without damaging the lock or door.

A failed split spindle gearbox left the homeowner locked out. Shaun and Jayden diagnosed the fault, installed a temporary gearbox to restore access, then returned with the correct replacement to complete the repair.

A homeowner believed the gearbox had failed, but Shaun and Jayden discovered the split spindle had simply become disengaged. The repair was completed without replacing any parts, saving unnecessary expense.
After being left open throughout a hot day, a UPVC door dropped out of alignment and would no longer close properly. Shaun and Jayden realigned the door, restoring smooth operation without replacing any parts.
A customer thought their lock had failed, but Alex found the lock was working correctly but the curtain inside had moved. A careful check avoided an unnecessary replacement and saved the customer money.
After discussing the available options, Alex recommended a Simpled Smart Lock based on its reliability and excellent customer support. The lock was professionally installed, configured and demonstrated before the homeowner tested it themselves.
